Job Description
For a pharmaceutical trading company located in Heliopolis, we are hiring an experienced General Accountant with experience in different accounting areas; e.g. AP, AR, tax deductions, treasury, etc ..
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Register In and Out transactions.
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Prepare and register the electronic invoices.
- Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and Microsoft office is a must.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Commitment to deadlines and ability to work and deliver under pressure.
