Job Description
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding
Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
Coordinate interviews and assessment processes with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment reports for management
Negotiate offers and coordinate the hiring process with selected candidates
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required
Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms
Experience recruiting across different functions and levels
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
