Job Description
- Responsible for selling Ecofire products (fireplaces, surfaces, and accessories) in the showroom and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Help organize and support in-store promotions to increase product visibility and boost sales.
- Keep all display units clean, well-arranged, and fully functional, including charging any electronic display units.
- Follow up with potential customers and guide them through our product range and available services.
- Support the team in tracking sales and improving customer service processes.
- Coordinate showroom activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Share customer feedback to help improve our products and showroom experience.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to keep the brand consistent and grow sales.
- Create a positive, collaborative work environment for the showroom team.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or a relevant field
