Job Description
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain the reception and the company with all necessary stationery (pens, papers, block note etc.) and keep inventory of stock.
- Prepare required reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing and faxing.
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings and conferences.
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable.
- Assist company managers in drafting memos and letters.
- Provide administrative support to Senior Management.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

- Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
Education Required: B.Sc. Degree in Arts, English Section or in related field.
Experience: From 0 to 3 years of experience.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office.

- Living in Maadi and nearby areas' residents is preferable
