Job Description
- Gather project information: Collect all relevant project information, including site plans, architectural drawings, structural calculations, and specifications.
- Understand project requirements: Review the project requirements thoroughly to ensure a clear understanding of the scope of work, design criteria, and performance expectations.
- Establish drawing standards: Determine the drawing standards and conventions to be used, including symbols, line types, dimensions, and annotations.
- Create concrete formwork drawings: Prepare detailed drawings of concrete formwork, including dimensions, material specifications, and placement requirements.
- Develop concrete reinforcement drawings: Generate accurate drawings of concrete reinforcement, indicating bar sizes, spacing, and placement details.
- Quantity Surveyor using Revit & ASD
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Review and Approval:
- Submit BOQ for review: Present the BOQ to the project manager, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders for review and approval.
- Address feedback and revisions: Incorporate any feedback or revisions received during the review process.
- Finalize and approve BOQ: Upon reaching consensus, finalize and approve the BOQ for use in project cost estimation and procurement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree only from a governmental university.
- Graduated form Civil or Architecture department.
- 5-7 Years experience as Technical Office Engineer in Construction companies.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (ASD) & ( Rivit ) & ( Civil 3D ) ( Microsoft office ).
- Project Management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
