Key Responsibilities: 
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage month-end closing activities and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Stay current with technological advancements and leverage the latest accounting software for optimal financial management.
- Supervise tax processes and handle tax inspections with precision.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and the proper implementation of systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with external auditors to guarantee a clean and timely year-end audit.
- Provide training and support to new and existing staff to foster a knowledgeable and skilled team.
