Responsibilities:
- Follow and implement the company's data security rules to protect sensitive information.
- Track assets, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure proper inventory management.
- Manage and troubleshoot end-user equipment, such as computer printers and scanners.
- Solve hardware and software faults on end-user devices.
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Collect and pass on user feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent years of hands-on experience.
Experience
- From 1 to 3 year of experience in a help desk specialist or user support role.
