Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Follow and implement the company's data security rules to protect sensitive information.
  • Track assets, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Manage and troubleshoot end-user equipment, such as computer printers and scanners.
  • Solve hardware and software faults on end-user devices.
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Collect and pass on user feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent years of hands-on experience.

Experience

  • From 1 to 3 year of experience in a help desk specialist or user support role.
