Job Description
- Monitoring telesales and moderation team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Achieving sales targets and department goals.
- Providing continuous reporting on sales forecast

- Updating all internal systems to properly track potential customers and customer contacts
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Job Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree.
- 5+ Years of experience with at least 2 years as a team leader .
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Experience in the Real Estate sales industry is a plus.
- proven experience as a sales team leader in Developer is a Must.
