• Manage the site’s day-to-day operations and conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage a team of subcontractors and site workers to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project timelines and objectives.
• Ensure that all materials required for finishing works are available and delivered on time.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise on site during the finishing phase.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards during all phases of finishing.
• Review and approve any variations or changes related to finishing works and prepare reports accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to finishing works, including inspection records, work logs, and quality reports.
• Attend site meetings and project meetings and coordinate schedule reviews and submit samples
• Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues 
• Conduct and document on-site observations and reviews 
• Monitor performance of the Contractor/Sub-contractor and identify, raise any quality issues 
• Assume responsibility of Architectural works in the project and certify on completion the installation.
