Job Description
- Handle administrative requests and queries from managers
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external teams
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Under the supervision of HOD:
- Develop, review and update policies, processes, workflow and procedures
- follow up and Monitor process progress and handle any issues that may arise
- Conduct desktop research, questionnaires, surveys ...etc., to gather data.
- Record findings by taking written notes and using appropriate software
- Maintain documentation library and record key project details and produce the documents that are required to implement
- liaise with teams to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or project coordinator
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, office 365 in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
