- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants
- Prepare merchandise for purchase.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and policies regarding payment and exchanges.
- Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
- Answer customer questions about goods or services.
- Advise customers on the use of products.
- Demonstrate products to consumers.
- Deal With Unpleasant or Angry consumers.
