Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the logistics function, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely management of carriage.
- Coordinate all aspects of shipment transportation.
- Ensure all shipments are delivered within the required time range.
- Communicate with Shipping to determine delivery costs, and delivery timeframes, and provide appropriate documentation of deliveries.
- Communicate property shipment details to customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with shipping vendors, obtain and compare quotes from several vendors, compare quotes with the cost of using in-house resources, and determine safe and economical methods for property movement.
- Review vendors’ invoices for accuracy and ensure alignment with quoted amounts, dispute invoiced amounts as necessary
- Report cost analysis file to the manager at the end of every quarter/month.
- Create accurate commercial invoices for all shipments.
- Ensure logistics are stocked, and real-time temperature trackers and quilts are on hand for consignment.
- Always checking stock availability.
- Manage delivery appointments with our Distribution Center
- Track and communicate product deliveries.
- provide daily reporting on performance and analysis.

- 3 to 5 years of Experience.
- Excellent English language.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Automotive spare parts background is a plus.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain modeling.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional.
