Job Requirements
Experience: At least 5 years of proven leadership in quality management within the plastic or packaging industry.
Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and specific knowledge of blown film technology.
Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage quality directors and build high-performing departments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Career Level: This is a Manager-level position requiring a strategic mindset and hands-on execution.
Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
