Job Description
1. Quality Control Supervisor
Supervise sampling, testing, and release of raw and packaging materials.
Ensure all analyses are performed according to approved specifications, pharmacopeial methods, and GMP/GLP requirements.
Review analytical data, test reports, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Investigate OOS/OOT results and deviations, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Monitor instrument calibration, maintenance, and laboratory safety.
Train, guide, and evaluate QC analysts.
2. Quality Control Specialist
Perform physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, or finished products.
Handle hands-on testing using laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, UV, IR).
Document analytical results accurately in compliance with pharmacopeias (USP/BP) and GMP standards.
Job Requirements
1. Quality Control Supervisor
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science (Chemistry)
Proven experience in QC testing of raw and packaging materials in the pharmaceutical industry
Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV, IR, titration, and other lab instruments
Good knowledge of GMP, GLP, and pharmacopeias (USP, BP, Ph. Eur.)
Strong documentation, data review, and reporting skills
Leadership, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
Good communication and teamwork skills
2. Quality Control Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science (Chemistry).
Experience (1 to 3 years) in a quality control laboratory.
Proficient in operating modern laboratory equipment with strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
