- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding unit types, prices, payment options, and locations.
- Record client details and inquiries in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team or relevant department.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses.
