Job Description

  • Answer inbound calls from clients asking about available units in TMG projects.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding unit types, prices, payment options, and locations.
  • Record client details and inquiries in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting.
  • Forward qualified leads to the sales team or relevant department.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses.
  • Stay updated on current offers, unit availability, and project updates.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information 
  • Multitasking abilities and effective time management.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or call center software is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
