Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.
• Analyze production processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and systems.
• Train production staff on machine operation and safety procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, automation, and production processes.
• Good understanding of quality control and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
