We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior site engineer to oversee and manage the execution of site activities, with a focus on electrical substations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing site operations efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate between site teams, subcontractors, and the project management office to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations on site.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and material deliveries to ensure timely progress.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets the required standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Participate in technical meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or construction conflicts.
• Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
