Job Description
- Ensure the overall well-being of the community in Compound.
- inspects regularly community facilities (swimming pools/courts/lobbies).
- Ensures subcontractors services community assets in accordance with agreed Service Levels.
- Reviews/Sets cleaning schedules or other schedules as applicable and checks standards are being maintained
- Ensures the common areas are maintained as per agreed standards
- Reviews and ensures service levels are being maintained.
- Ensures staff in the community adheres to assigned job roles (e.g. Security, Cleaners etc.).
- Ensures complaints are responded and resolved
- Assist and coordinate community events.
- Handle and supervise clubhouse activations.
- Prepare regular surveys with residents to assure quality of offered services are met expectations
Job Requirements
- Education: Business Administration
- Years of experience: 1-3
- Social media experience: experience with the following social media channels is a must: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
- Training on different social media tools will be provided.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis: Community Management is a 24/7 job. The CRM Department allocates times and shifts to each member of the team on a rotational basis, this includes evening and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Overall: great time management skills, ability to multitask, intelligent, handles pressure.
