Job Description
▪ Oversee and optimize the maintenance operations within the Aftersales workshop.
▪ Use diagnostic tools and equipment to analyze vehicle performance and determine necessary repairs.
▪ Prepare technical reports documenting vehicle faults, root causes, measures, and diagnosis methods and processes.
▪ Contact the customer in case of additional information on the malfunction.
▪ Assign tasks and work schedules to technicians based on the complexity of the job and their expertise.
▪ Provide guidance and support to technicians in solving complex repair issues.
▪ Monitor and follow up on the progress of ongoing repairs and ensure efficient workflow within the workshop.
▪ Escalate complex technical problems to the technical support department for further investigation and resolution.
▪ Ensure the timely availability of all necessary replacement parts in the inventory.
▪ Handle the training and development of technicians in the department.
▪ Coordinate with the warranty department to ensure the prompt completion of warranty and goodwill work.
▪ Conduct thorough concluding function and quality checks to validate the sustainability of all repairs.
▪ Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs.
