Conduct thorough inspections of dental laboratory products (Crowns, Bridges) to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.

Perform routine audits of laboratory procedures, materials, and finished products to maintain consistent quality.

Analyze data from quality control tests and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Stay current with advancements in dental materials, technologies, and regulatory guidelines relevant to laboratory quality control.

2-5 years of experience in quality control or assurance within a dental laboratory or related healthcare manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of dental laboratory processes, materials, and product specifications (crown, brigs).
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues efficiently.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for dental products.
Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and quality control tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
