Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned Reach Out’s customers within the MRO (Maintenance-Repair-Operation) space.
- Identify customer needs for MRO supplies through active listening and understanding their specific operations.
- Promote and sell a comprehensive range of MRO products offered by Reach Out, ensuring a strong understanding of their features and benefits.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the most appropriate MRO solutions for their requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving set sales targets for MRO products.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track sales performance metrics.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned MRO customer segment.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings within the MRO market.
Job Requirements
- Sales Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor degree(Electrical-Mechanical)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, outlook).
- Ability to provide technical solutions to customers
- Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
