The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical direction of our client projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design and architecture to implementation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team and QA team.
• In collaboration with the team lead, design and implement software solutions using DevOps Azure, CD/CI pipelines, and Asp.net Core.
• Develop POCs for dev team in needed. 
• Collaborate with product owner/ scrum master/ dev team to understand client needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Participate in the development of the products if required, develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends within the software development industry.
