Job Description
- Define SITA Academy development programs and curriculums.
- Manage the Academy programs to participants.
- Promote Academy programs to different target audience.
- Develop periodically the development programs to youth and business candidates.
- Work closely with business partners to collaborate towards the development of youth talents and skills.
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- Has an HR knowledge and experience.
- Has an HR Diploma is a plus.
- 3-5 years experience in similar position.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and presentable.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken.
