Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists!

Sutherland Cairo is finally here and we are currently hiring fluent English speakers for a Customer Service vacancy (Technical Support and Retention Associates for AT&T)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone inbound calls)

• Provide knowledgeable answers to the customers' inquiries

• Flexibility with commuting to the job's location, New Cairo, 5th Settlement.
