Job Description:
- Rotational Shift basis 8 hour including 1 hour break
- 1 day off per week
- Accepted candidates will attend an induction (training before login)
Duties and Responsibility :
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Provide customers with service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.
- Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Upsell products and services
- Complete call logs and reports

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree required fresh grads are welcomed.
- Gender: any
- Solid Informations about Apple Product is a must.
- Previous experience with call center is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
