Job Description
- Managing ITS team members in terms of:
- Task assignment
- Task Monitoring
- Providing technical support/guidance
- Setting quarterly objectives for team members
- Performing Quarterly valuation as per preset quarterly objectives
- Preparing training plan for each team member and ensuring plan execution
- Reviewing and approving submitted time sheets Working on achieving ITS department business plan figures in terms of revenue, GP and collection
- Reporting overall projects status to top management
- Working on enhancing team utilization
- Introducing new prospect services and enhancing ITS services portfolio
- Building team capacity as per business plan and company strategic objectives
Job Requirements
- Team Management experience for at least 5 years
- 8 to 15 years of professional experience administering Oracle Database
- Experience using Oracle Data Guard / Fast-Start Failover
- Knowledge or experience with Oracle Multitenant (CDB/PDB)
- Knowledge or experience with Oracle GoldenGate
- Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization.
- Good Knowledge of Linux Unix Solaris
- Good understanding of Performance tuning.
