Assist in the skills acquisition and vocational development of Maintenance Department Employees through delivery of competency based training and assessment programs as directed by the Planning & Reliability Superintendent.
Develop competency based training packages & systems in accordance with Departmental priorities of a standard fit for use by one’s self or other trainers.
Custodian of standards and quality.
Ensures all training related documentation is up to date and managed so that it is readily accessible and secure through maintaining an adequate office filing system. Practices good quality housekeeping and workplace hygiene and sets an example to workforce.
More than 5 years
Mechanical Engineering qualification.
Minimum 5 years in a mining maintenance, construction or manufacturing environment.
Be able to demonstrate previous training experience.
Computer literate and competent with MS office suite
