Solutions include airfield lighting, power and control systems, airport and tower software, docking automation, apron management, and aftermarket services.With over 1,400 employees and over 2,500 airports in over 175 countries, from the busiest and largest to the fastest-growing airports, ADB SAFEGATE is dedicated to making air travel safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly.To learn more about ADB SAFEGATE and our innovative Airside 4.0 solutions, please visit our website at adbsafegate.com.PositionJob Title: Maintenance ManagerLocation: Riyadh, KSAContract type: PermanentJob SummaryDirects the maintenance and operational performance of the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) at the airport to ensure compliance with contract specifications and meet international standards.ResponsibilitiesManages the profit and loss (P&L) and budgets for the maintenance contract, including forecasting, risk assessments, and ensuring contract compliance.Represents the company in client meetings and builds effective relationships with key stakeholders.Communicates contract details to the maintenance team, oversees checks, supervision, and reports, and ensures controls are in place.Records and forecasts spare parts usage, anticipating future needs.Establishes and maintains the Annual Maintenance plan and Standard Operating Procedures.Implements document management procedures to meet contract requirements.Monitors Quality Control, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures, and vehicle management.Manages team resources, sets performance standards, and addresses performance issues.Motivates team members, promotes a positive team environment, and supports diversity.Plans and recommends personnel training and development to maintain required competencies.Develops key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives, focusing on contract performance.Reports regularly to clients and internal management, including performance metrics and improvements.QualificationsDegree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong leadership, staff development, and multicultural adaptability.Proficient in planning, reporting, negotiation, and client relationship management.Experience with subcontractor and client management, budgeting, and forecasting.Self-motivated individual with P&L, budget management, and cost control expertise.LanguageProficiency in English.ExperienceMinimum 8 years of AGL maintenance management experience in a similar facility.At least 5 years of experience with ADB Safegate ALCMS/ILCMS.Previous responsibility for P&L, budgeting, and knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).What to learn more about working at ADB SAFEGATE then check out our Career's websitehttps://adbsafegate.com/about/career/
