Job Description
The job location is in Private reputable University near Ismailia City. Transportation & Accommodation is provided by the company.(accommodation on University Campus)
- Manage student registration and scheduling.
- Monitor student attendance and feedback.
- Coordinate with academic department instructor logistics such as accommodation & transportation, and schedules.
- Send regular reports to the management team.
- Maintain Budget and track expenditures
Job Requirements
- 2 + years of experience in Customer Service & Engagement
- Relevant experience in the Training sector is preferred
- Graduates only.
- Good English
- Good command of MS Excel & Google Sheets
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
