Job Description
• Implement integrations.
• Deploy updates and fixes.
• Provide Level 2 technical support.
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Develop scripts to automate visualization.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Job Requirements
•BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
•Minimum 2 years of Work experience as a DevOps Engineer.
•Linux Server Administration
•Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of cloud-based production system.
•AWS Cloud Services (Ec2, S3, LightSail, ELB, Budgeting, Auto Scaling)
•Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements.
•Definition and deployment of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on AWS platform.
•Knowledge of Monitoring and Observability Tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry
•Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
•Strong experience in (Docker, Jenkins).
•Good knowledge of REDIS, RabbitMQ.
•Understanding of Rest APIs
•Working knowledge of Large Scale Mongo/MySQL Database Configuration, Maintenance, Replica, Backups, and restore
•Write scripts and automation using Python/Ruby/Bash;
•Problem-solving attitude.
•Team spirit.
