Job Description
- Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural designs for a variety of projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to translate project requirements into creative design solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Participate in project meetings, presentations, and design reviews with stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems within architectural designs.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
- Research and implement new materials, technologies, and design trends to enhance project outcomes.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proven experience working on full project life cycles from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in an office-based (on-site) environment.
