You will oversee complex Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, ensuring every project meets the highest benchmarks. Your strategic oversight will extend across Warehousing Management and Construction Safety, creating a secure and efficient environment for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of robust QHSE strategies across all operations & sites.
Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
Conduct comprehensive Quality Auditing and Incident Investigations to drive continuous improvement.
Manage Risk Management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate operational hazards.
Provide Strategic Leadership to a dedicated team, fostering a culture of safety and quality excellence.
Job Requirements
15-20 years of proven experience in a senior QHSE leadership role within the Construction, Engineering, or Logistics industries.
Expert-level knowledge and implementation experience with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
Demonstrated mastery in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing.
Strong background in Construction Safety and Warehousing Management.
Proven ability in Risk Management and Compliance Management within complex, large-scale environments.
Exceptional Strategic Leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams at a Manager level.
Advanced proficiency in Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis, and Health, Safety and Environment protocols.
Ability to work and travel between sites/warehouses and manage multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
