Quality Control Engineer

Your Mission:

• Monitor glass manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.

• Conduct quality inspections using glass testing and inspection equipment to identify defects and ensure product quality.

• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor production performance and minimize quality deviations.

• Identify non-conformities, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and internal quality procedures.

• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and reduce product rejection rates.

• Prepare quality inspection reports, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
