Monitor inventory and manage ordering of supplies.

Requirements
Proven experience as Pastry Chef in major confectionery shops or five-star hotels (minimum 3 years).
Culinary degree or equivalent certification focused on pastries.
Valid experience certificates from previous employers are highly desirable.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
