Job Description
- Perform accounting activities related to accounts receivable, billing, timesheet review, labor posting, and new hire account setups.
- Assist with monthly close activities, including timely posting, recording bank statement transactions, and recording adjusting journal entries,
- Assist with pricing related tasks.
- Perform accounting duties AR, AP… etc.
- Assist senior accountant with various accounting duties, year-end reconciliation and audit.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and implementation of new systems and processes, as needed.
- Respond to employees and other departments request and inquires.
- Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and Accounting manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
- Detailed oriented person.
- Excellent communication skills.
