Job Description
- Implement the annual electrical maintenance and machine renewal plans.
- Supervise routine and emergency maintenance activities.
- Lead machine development, upgrade, and replacement projects
- Diagnose and resolve electrical system issues quickly and efficiently.
- Inspect electrical equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Oversee maintenance technicians and evaluate team performance.
- Prepare technical reports and propose improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve cross-functional maintenance issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting methods
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety
