Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of EBS techno-functional team
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Design, configure, and customize Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs
- Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and ensure uptime
- Develop and review technical documentation (MD70, MD120, AIM methodology)
- Manage integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems
- Lead upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security, and audit requirements
- Provide training and guidance to team members and end users
- Act as escalation point for complex issues in EBS modules
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years Oracle EBS techno-functional experience, at least 3 in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflow
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting EBS modules in manufacturing or similar industries
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
