Skills And Tools:
- Managing the sales process for new/re-sale properties, from initial contact all the way through to closure.
- Call for clients and follow them to know what's there needs and interests.
- Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts
- Ability to planning and organizing Projects' database (Hard-copy and Soft-copy) to ensure sales opportunity maximization.
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field
- Preferably experienced in brokerage real estate
- Must know how to use Microsoft office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate in spoken and written English
- Good presentation skills
- Presentable appearance
