Information Technology Support engineer

Responsibilities & Qualifications:  

Technical support needs to talk to customers directly, as  well as create written documentation, requiring excellent  written and verbal communication  
Degree in computer science or information technology  Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a  similar role  
Excellent interpersonal skills.  
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is  resolved.  
Managing multiple tasks at one time.  knowledge of Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office,  Network, VPN, MySQL, Apache, Nginx, Servers setup, systems, and solutions  Systems 
Monitoring and troubleshooting  
Ability to work under extreme pressure.
