Call Center Job Opportunities- Fluent English Speaker
Location: Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt
We are a multinational company working in the field of Online Gaming.
Now we are hiring below positions:
- Call Center Agents
- Senior Call center Agents
- Call Center supervisors
- Senior Call Center supervisors.
With fluent English to join our team in the city of Sharm El-Sheikh. You will be responsible to provide online technical support , customer service and problem solving for our clients . A Paid training will be provided .
Sharm El-sheikh residents are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our international client base through phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information related to our online gaming platforms.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- English fluency (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is needed from 2- 7 years based on role.
- Fresh graduates, university students and gap years are also welcomed to apply.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
