Job Description

Call Center Job Opportunities- Fluent English Speaker

Location: Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt

We are a multinational company working in the field of Online Gaming.

Now we are hiring below positions:

  1. Call Center Agents
  2. Senior Call center Agents
  3. Call Center supervisors
  4. Senior Call Center supervisors.

With fluent English to join our team in the city of Sharm El-Sheikh. You will be responsible to provide online technical support , customer service and problem solving for our clients . A Paid training will be provided . 

Sharm El-sheikh residents are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our international client base through phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information related to our online gaming platforms.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • English fluency (both spoken and written) is a must.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is needed from 2- 7 years based on role.
  • Fresh graduates,  university students and gap years are also welcomed  to apply.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

What we offer

  • 7 hours shift including 1 hour break on rotation basis.
  • 6 working days and one day off on rotation basis.
  • Option to work 7 days/week and take cumulative days off and transportation allowance to travel back and forth to home city on monthly basis.
