Flutter Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Flutter development; preference for candidates with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
App Store Deployment: Proven experience launching applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Audio Handling: Proficient in handling audio features across iOS and Android, including troubleshooting and optimization.
Scalability Experience: Direct experience scaling an application from fewer than 1,000 users to over 200,000 users, with understanding of the technical and operational challenges at each stage.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) for seamless interaction with international teams and clients.
Job Requirements
Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
Deep understanding of mobile architecture and state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
Experience with RESTful APIs and Firebase services.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
Solid grasp of performance optimization and debugging on both Android and iOS platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
Comfortable participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and client meetings.
