Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales and Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving product or service issues, managing client accounts, and identifying sales opportunities. The Sales and Service Specialist will work closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales ( having experience in Training Center is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
