For Pricing and Operation :

  • Negotiating rates for import and Export Shipments with worldwide agents , carriers and airlines.
  • Quoting to customers by written offer and follow up with them to meet demand and minimize costs &to increase Co. profit share.
  • Make Reservation Between Our Company And Shipping Line. And agents 
  • Prepare the final shipping declarations; follow VGM processes with Clients& Carriers.
  • Follow up and review OBLs drafts & Issuing HBLs.
  • Follow up with tracker & trucking process.
  • Manage and follow  the customs clearance process activities
  • Following up with the shippers directly
  • Responsible for all Import & Export shipment  process and documentation in import & export department ( Air & Sea ).
  • Can handle IMO shipments and refer shipments 
  • Make all reports and details involve for import & Export  shipment .
  • Keep a Soft & Hard record for each shipment
  • Follow up all opened operations Check About the arrival date for the shipment with shipping line or air lines and inform our customer by that.
  • Prepare all documents to our customer and delivered to them.
  • Update the shipments status on system and keeping the client and sales department updated
  • Send a weekly operation report to the responsible Manager.
  • Follow up the Carriers invoices and compare it with our agreed rates.
  • Issue payment requests to the accounting department attached with related invoices.
  • Receive shipment original documents.
  • Issue a Job account & presented to account department to issue co. invoices.
  • Follow up client’s claims with carriers & to prepare the requested documents to be presented to co. Legal departments if needed.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Her/his must have at least 1-5 years of experience at  freight forwarding company.
  • Excellent English language 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Internal and External Customers
  • Excellent computer Skills is a mus
  • Excellent English language reading & writing skills is mus
  • University level required
  • Language schools is must
