Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
- Creative Direction: Lead and guide the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral, ensuring that the creative vision aligns with brand guidelines and meets business objectives.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to deliver high-quality work.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of various content types, including websites, social media posts, videos, advertisements, and other digital materials.
- Client Interaction: Act as a liaison with clients to understand their needs, present creative proposals, and ensure their satisfaction with the final product.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviours to ensure that the creative output is fresh and relevant.
- Quality Control: Implement processes to ensure high quality and consistency across all creative outputs.
- Brand Development: Collaborate in the development and evolution of the brand’s visual and verbal identity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional creative abilities and aesthetic judgment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics is a plus.
- Graduates of the Faculty of Al-Alsun or literature are preferred.
