Head of Retail (1 year contract)

Purpose of Role
The Head of Retail is responsible for the country’s retail P&L. The role has an overarching perspective of company sales strategies, revenue growth and ensures operational excellence by directing related activities to meet current and future plans of the organization.
The incumbent manages retail real estate negotiation & acquisition, sales processes, identifies emerging market opportunities and include facilitating data review and reporting and developing sales strategies, all stores’ structure to improve store sales, in-store merchandising, customer service, sales & inventory turnover.
Lead, motivate and coach retail team Supervise the brand mystery shopper program with the appropriate action plans that include developing structured training in product knowledge and service standards for retail teammates Work closely with HR function on effective retail staff hiring processes and measures to reduce staff turnover
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Head of Retail experience or relevant experience Hands-on experiences (sales, operation procedures, excel, people management) Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a recognized university
