Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Venue Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent client service, and maintain the overall quality and functionality of the venue.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue.
  • Manage event bookings, schedules, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (cleaning, security, maintenance) to ensure venue readiness.
  • Ensure health, safety, and fire regulations are followed at all times.
  • Supervise staff during events and provide on-site support to clients.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain venue equipment, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
  • Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Manage budgets, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in event management and customer service.


 


 

 


 


 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in venue or event management, preferably with a sales background.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Leadership experience with a hands-on approach.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
