Job Description
- Welcoming visitors and customers
- Maintain customers relationships and handle their complaints and pass it to the responsible department.
- Take feedback from walk-Ins and customers randomly.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
- Address employees query regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Plan in-house or off-site activities (parties, celebrations, meeting, etc..)
- Recording Tasks & Customers problems
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in the same field
- Females only
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work within a team as well as individually.
