Job Description
- Review the approved shop drawing and material submittals.
- Apply shop drawing on actual site with reviewing the best routing to finish the installations.
- Plan ahead material Requisitions and needs with the required takeoff.
- Plan and Coordinate daily site activities with the sub-contractor / consultant Engineers and assure compliance with the scope.
- Report status to management and coordinate with all stakeholders (Progress reports, Client concerns, ... etc.)
- Lead the labours & technicians to finalize the work within the time schedule.
- Hand over all electrical work to the consultant engineer and get the approvals.
- Prepare the invoices to Sub-contractor and client according to the actual progress.
Job Requirements
- Very good in AutoCAD.
- Understanding technical documents and drawings.
- Has previous experience in managing construction projects.
- Problem-solving.
- Can lead his team to achieve the best daily rates.
- Knowledge of electrical power and low current systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skill
