Job Description

  • Meetings:
  • Maintains the meetings and appointments on the calendar of the chairman and the Vice chair-man deputy
  • Prepares meetings invitations and agenda when directed.
  • Informs and notifies meetings’ participants.
  • Distributes meeting agenda and materials if applicable.
  • Arranges location/ or the meeting venue in terms of equipment, facilities and refreshments.
  • Takes minutes at meetings
  • Filing and maintaining records
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in performing all the duties.
  • Types correspondence, reports and other documents
  • Opens and distribute the mail.
  • Maintains records of decisions and all meeting minutes.
  • Prepares documents and reports on the computer
  • Provides Arabic or English language support when required.
  • Translates documents from and to English/Arabic.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years in administrative position.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills ( Excel, word, powerpoint…etc)
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
