Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Coordinating with warehouse department to guarantee safe inventory, storage, and transportation are meeting final deadlines.
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Coordinate with customs brokers to finalize shipments on time.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers if needed.
- Answering customer queries if needed.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- Perform any task assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
- 2+ years of experience in same position preferably in Constructions or Services.
- Very good interpersonal skills.
- Very good negotiation skills.
- High follow through drive and high self-motivation with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
